With a higher production value and no restrictions, Ash vs. Along with his sidekicks, Pablo and Kelly, Ash unleashed a serious can of whoop-ass on the Deadites. With all the laughs and gore that made the films so adored, the series took place 30 years after Army of Darkness, with middle-aged Ash Williams trying to undo his latest mistake of opening a vortex to hell. Evil Dead series that had everything, especially Campbell, that fans demanded. Thankfully, Starz stepped up and delivered in 2015 with the Ash vs. 2013's Evil Dead had a brief Bruce Campbell cameo, but fans wanted Ash Williams to deliver one-liners as he blasts Deadites with his boomstick.
Twenty years after the final Evil Dead Trilogy film, Army of Darkness, was released, a soft reboot came out, but failed to capture any of the fun from the originals.
